Denomination

Chardonnay IGT.

Grapevine 100% Chardonnay.

Soil Medium loamy-loamy soil with 1-2% sand.

Harvest By hand.

Vinification Cold press maceration is carried out, then slow fermentation in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature of maximum 16-18°C. After fermentation, a series of battonage is performed and then bottled.  

Serving temperature  Serve preferably at 12-14°C.

Notes  A wine with a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose has marked hints of ripe fruit and floral notes. In the mouth it is ample, enveloping and perfectly balanced.
